How the Process Works

A professional organization?, interested in introducing a Coaching Programme or a Coaching Culture?

Contact us to discuss a Professional Coaching Engagement. We can share how the Leadership Coaching Process and engagement works and understand your needs as a business. 


There are typically 4 phases to the Coaching Programme as follows: 


Exploration Phase

How a Professional Coaching Engagement works for any professional organization :

We will arrange to speak to the key players in your business to: 

  • Establish current status
  • Determine expectations of a Leadership Coaching Process and engagement for your business
  • Why Coaching and why now
  • What good looks like from business perspective
  • Scope of the Programme
  • Budget
  • Timing 
  • All other relevant info


It will also be an opportunity for the Business to get to know the Coach (s), do a chemistry check, ensure we can fulfil the needs/requirements of your Business - short term/medium & long term and develop a sustainable partnership

Proposal Phase

'Be' will develop a proposal based on asks of the professional organization, within 2 weeks of completing discovery phase, aligned with the needs and expectations of your business of the Leadership Coaching Process and engagement.


There is opportunity for both parties to discuss and negotiate the proposal for the Professional Coaching Engagement



Engagement Phase

Should the professional organization choose to proceed with a Professional Coaching Engagement, 'Be' will draw up a relevant legally binding contract to be signed by both parties - confirming the conditions of the Engagement, for the Leadership Coaching Process and engagement Programme.


All relevant details will be agreed upon prior to commencement 


The typical engagement phase entails:

  • Coach/Employee meet to have a chemistry check


  • Should the employee choose to proceed the coach will propose to meet with the individual/the manager (a member of HR if relevant), and the coach to discuss the overarching agenda - what behaviours/changes or decisions need to be made


  • Measures of success will be determined by all relevant parties present


  • The roles of each participant in supporting the Employee and if relevant the accountability, will be discussed and agreed


  • The Coach and employee will commence their agreed amount of sessions coaching process for business

Review Phase

Once the agreed Leadership Coaching Process and engagement Programme has been concluded between Coach and Employee, the coach will propose a further meeting with relevant parties Employee, Manager (HR if relevant) and the Coach to discuss the Professional Coaching Engagement


The objective of this meeting is to review progress, assess change in behaviours and determine if measures of success have been reached. 


This will conclude the Coaching experience for that Individual - unless, further coaching sessions have been agreed and signed off by all relevant parties within the professional organization
