There are typically 4 phases to the Coaching Programme as follows:

It will also be an opportunity for the Business to get to know the Coach (s), do a chemistry check, ensure we can fulfil the needs/requirements of your Business - short term/medium & long term
'Be' will develop a proposal based on the business asks, within 2 weeks of completing discovery phase, aligned with the needs and expectations of your business
There is opportunity for both parties to discuss and negotiate the proposal.
Should the business choose to proceed 'Be' will draw up a relevant legally binding contract to be signed by both parties - confirming the conditions of the Engagement.
All relevant details will be agreed upon prior to commencement
The typical engagement phase entails:
Once the agreed number of sessions has been concluded between Coach and Employee, the coach will propose a further meeting with relevant parties Employee, Manager (HR if relevant) and the Coach.
The objective of this meeting is to review progress, assess change in behaviours and determine if measures of success have been reached.
This will conclude the Coaching experience for that Individual - unless, further coaching sessions have been agreed and signed off by all relevant parties.
